Our Delivery Service
All online orders are delivered in a sophisticated protective chilled box system and are despatched on certain days to ensure freshness and longevity of product. We take great care in preparing and handling your goods in the best conditions and to the highest standards. Our chill boxes will hold your products safely for more than 48 hours from time of despatch.
Standard Delivery Options
By Courier, We will despatch orders Tuesday to Thursday so goods arrive to you on Wednesday to Friday. Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm on the date we discussed. You must ensure you are present to accept the goods, otherwise it falls upon you to arrange for further deliveries of the goods to your door, or to collect them from the depot. Failure to accept the order on the specified agreed delivery date will mean that delivery was made by us and any loss incurred of goods by means of out of temperature or date will be down to the customer.
Spend up to £74.99 = £9.95
Spend £75 - £149.99 = £7.50
Spend £150 - £300 = £4.95

Earliest Delivery Date
By Courier:
We can deliver your order on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm on the date you choose. We can't give you an exact time for delivery, but you will recieve a time slot from Parcelforce. Please leave us a note with a safe place if you are going to be out. You can also arrange delivery to your workplace, or to a neighbour or friend if it's more convenient, at no extra charge.
Be advised that bank holidays and local holidays can disrupt the delivery schedule but we will keep you informed of these as they happen.
For Edinburgh delivery (Wednesday - Saturday) we will be with you between 10am and 2pm. If noone is available to take your order we will return it to the shop but there will be no refund of delivery charges.
Highlands & Islands Delivery Options
As with almost every courier, the Highlands and Islands incur a heavier charge for delivery. If you wish to get an acurate cost please select the delivery method upon checkout. Northern Ireland also incurs a heavy surcharge and this can also be selected upon checkout. Isles of Man, , Wight, Scilly and the Channel Islands incur surcharges which can be sought by phoning the shop.
Deliveries to outlying and remote destinations are sometimes a two day service.
Edinburgh Delivery Options
Within the City of Edinburgh EH1-EH17 we use our own refrigerated van and can deliver goods to your door Wednesday to Saturday. This service will be between 10.00am and 2pm and you must be present to accept goods or have arranged beforehand somewhere to leave the goods securely. Failure to be present will incur a further delivery charge for a rescheduled delivery.
We can also deliver to your relatives and will do so in a Co-Vid safe manner as a ring and drop service. We will stand back and ensure delivery takes place.
Collect In Store
If you select the collect in store option. please ensure we have enough time to make the order up and please wait for a confirmation of order. We will also notify you that the order is ready for collection. Call us if you wish to collect at a certain time and we will try to ensure this is possible.
