You can rely on us to source the best of Scottish meats. As members of the “Scotch Butchers Club,” we are approved stockists of “Scotch Beef”, “Scotch Lamb” and “Specially Selected Scotch Pork”. Much of our meat is procured directly from selected farms, including our beef, chicken and our outdoor bred pork. Our venison is taken from Scotland’s finest wild red deer. Furthermore, being a member of “Scottish Craft Butcher” reminds us who we are and how should we commit to our customers in terms of quality and reliability.
Traditional Preparation to Exceed Modern Expectations
Our meat is traditionally matured (hung), with steak cuts given up to 4 weeks and then skillfully prepared to ensure trim levels and tenderness do not disappoint.

Our Broughton Street Shop: We open our doors early, Monday to Saturday, with deliveries happening on a daily basis so our butchers counter is always a pleasure to browse.

We also have a Deli department with pastries, salads, cooked meats, cheeses and of course our multi–awards winning scotch pies - ideal for lighter lunches.
